What an adorable set of 6 day old twins! I have been incredibly lucky to have met a great group of photographers and friends over the past couple years. When one of my photographer friends from Illinois mentioned she was having twins I was super excited to go down to shoot them with her. Oh my gosh! I was in baby heaven!

I love cuddling newborns and with twins there is more than enough cuddling time! I can’t wait to photograph them again in a few months and to see their personalities emerge. You have some beautiful boys Heather!

Ok…Ok! I know the holidays have come and gone but we have been TRUELY blessed this year! We did not receive our first measurable snowfall until a few days ago! If it were up to me I would hold the snow off all winter. But since we had some snow – I worked with it! It was nice and cloudy when I woke up this morning and the snow was softly falling in big fat clumps. Unfortunately, by the time I got everyone ready to leave the sun was out and we had some blue blue skies. But the light coming through the trees of snow was still a gorgeous sight!

2011 has been a great year full of busyness and growth for me. I was able to attend lots of different workshops and gatherings throughout the country working with families, seniors, children, couples and newborns. I met so many great photographers and wonderful friends along the way. I am really really looking forward to 2012 and capturing the lives of you and your families. I was so excited to photograph Amy and Jade on a very windy day this fall! They were such good models and you could definitely tell how close they were. I hope these images show the incredible bond they had with each other!

Baby Evelyn turned ONE year old! Isn’t she a doll? I’ve loved photographing Evie through her first year. It makes me so happy to see my clients grow from cute, cuddly little newborns all the way to cute, cuddly little toddlers. I love her gummy smile and her cute pixie hairstyle. Thank you so much for bringing your precious little one to me! Happy Birthday Evie!

These pictures look so sweet that you would never have guessed that 8 week old Ava broke into tears everytime she looked at me! I kid you not-she would be smiling and happy and as soon as our eyes locked she would start crying! LOL! It didn’t matter-I still thought she was the most adorable baby. Her proud big sister Grace is 3 and has the most gorgeous red hair! I’m hoping these two grow up to be the best of friends!

I was so fortunate to photograph these beautiful twins again. You may remember them from the newborn session I posted: Twin Blessings From Above! I cannot imagine the energy parents must have to take care of TWO little ones. When one was sitting the other was crawling. When one was looking at me the other was looking away. It required some energy but it was so fun to see how much Olivia and Gianna have grown since their newborn days. They were constantly on the move-as any 9 month olds are. Watch out world! These two will be walking very very soon…
